I was always interested in photography and was fortunate enough to have a camera at an early age but didn’t really connect it with my interest in wildlife until my first digital camera. I do enjoy taking photos of anything but my main passion is wildlife, especially macro photography. If I go to some event or other I will usually end up looking for bugs or other animals rather than taking photos of people. I’m an electronics engineer and a bit of a gadget freak so modern digital cameras are doubly appealing to me and was a very early adopter.
